Change of Mind / Incorrect Choice
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection, including:

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

The item must be in original condition and original packaging

The item must be returned to us before a refund can be processed

Proof of purchase is required (e.g. order confirmation or receipt)

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm the issue and issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and availability.

We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or general wear and tear.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is confirmed as faulty or incorrect.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed upon.
