Returns & Refunds Policy

At Zuki’s Light, your satisfaction is important to us. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law and are committed to providing quality products. Please read our policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities when requesting a return or refund.


Change of Mind / Incorrect Choice

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection, including:

  • Wrong colour

  • Incorrect size

  • Preference changes

Please choose carefully before placing your order. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before purchasing.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund or replacement in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • The item must be in original condition and original packaging

  • The item must be returned to us before a refund can be processed

  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g. order confirmation or receipt)

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm the issue and issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and availability.


How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the faulty or damaged item

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.


Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or general wear and tear.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is confirmed as faulty or incorrect.

  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed upon.
